From the moment we checked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome by the entire staff. The hospitality, responsiveness, and professionalism of the hotel team were truly evident throughout our stay. Every question and need we had was responded to promptly and helpfully, making us feel right at home. The hotel was also in excellent condition. The hotel grounds, rooms, and public facilities were clean, tidy, and well-maintained. Our room was comfortable, fully equipped, and provided a peaceful atmosphere for relaxing after a long day of activities. What we appreciated most was the hotel's comprehensive facilities, which cater to family needs. The atmosphere felt family-friendly, making it suitable for couples or children. The public areas were comfortable, the staff were friendly to children, and overall, it provided a pleasant stay for the whole family. Pluses: location to a private beach, pool max 120cm. Minuses: long check-in (mine took over an hour), staff not responsive, limited welcome drinks, beach not cleaner than neighboring hotels, food menu is not varied and tastes mediocre.

There are 2 children's swimming pools. There are also 2 adult swimming pools... Beach access can be directly from the hotel.

A staycation with just the kids is perfect at this hotel, besides the comfortable rooms, the hotel is super kids friendly, lots of facilities for kids and when I requested a room on the ground floor it was immediately upgraded and in front of the pool so it opened a room for the kids to dive straight in. Overall, I'm happy to be here, and a morning star for the receptionist Kak Yona, her service is morning star ✨✨✨✨✨.
