Friendly, clean rooms, cold AC, good price.. Next time I go to Jogja, I want to stay at Omah Njonja again..

The room was clean, with hot water, AC, and a smart TV. It's just a shame the bathroom towels are thin and need to be replaced with better ones. Convenient location.

Yeah. It's quite helpful for a holiday in Jogja which is quite busy.

Staying here is comfortable, the room is clean, the AC is cold, the bathroom is clean, the shower is functioning normally and is strong. Get a brush, toothpaste, soap, and other complete items. The only thing lacking is that the sheets and blankets have stains, the rest is very good.

The hotel staff is friendly, the pool is clean, in the morning it is crowded with children swimming in the pool, if you don't want to be disturbed, don't get too close to the pool

One of my best finds! Definitely will book this hotel again when me and my fam coming back to Jogja. The staffs are friendly (the receptionist is really pretty), and the fried rice from Njonja is really delicious, my fav! Thank you Omah Njonja. Def a 5-star experience ^

We really enjoyed our stay at this guest house! The facilities are complete and really support comfort during our stay. There is a refreshing swimming pool in the back area, as well as a shady yard that is perfect for relaxing. There is also a comfortable seating area, providing a perfect relaxing atmosphere. The location is strategic—not far from Jalan Kaliurang, but still in a quiet area. The road in front of the guest house is not too busy, so mobility in and out of vehicles feels easy without any disturbance. What makes this place even more attractive is the decoration and ornaments that adorn the entire area. The interior and exterior details give a warm and aesthetic impression, adding more value to the experience of staying. In the room, the facilities are complete and the bathroom is kept clean. Although there was a slight problem with the tap, it was not a big problem that disturbed our comfort. Restaurant facilities are also available starting at 6 am, with a selection of delicious and appetizing food. Not only that, the staff are very friendly and responsive in helping guests, making the experience of staying even more enjoyable. Overall, this guest house is a highly recommended choice for anyone looking for comfort, tranquility, and the best service in Jogja. We definitely want to come back again!

Not too big but comfortable.

The hotel smells a bit musty, the bathroom also smells musty, then when we wanted to have breakfast the chef didn't have the food ready, the mattress and bed cover were okay, thank you.

highly recommended to stay here.. the family suite is comfortable for our family with many children. a little input in terms of room layout (lighting, murals, paint, etc.) should be optimized more so as not to create a spooky impression in some areas. but overall very satisfied: strategic location, top facilities and friendliness!, delicious restaurant food with reasonable prices, best deal! and if next time to jogja again, omah njonja will be our main option to stay. keep up the good work!
