We spent 3 nights at Golden Tulip Holland Resort Malang during the Christmas holiday, and it was a truly memorable family experience. The warm hospitality, comfortable rooms, and family-friendly atmosphere made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The kids enjoyed every moment, while we appreciated the calm surroundings and thoughtful service that allowed us to rest and reconnect as a family. Celebrating Christmas here felt special, peaceful, joyful, and full of meaningful moments. Golden Tulip Holland Resort Malang is the kind of place that turns a holiday into a heartfelt family memory, and we’re grateful for the experience.

The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, the hotel staff is very friendly and helpful, the food is delicious and varied, and the mountain and garden views are beautiful. The heated pool can be turned on 24/7 on request, which the kids absolutely loved. This is my second stay at the Golden Tulip.

The hotel staff are very friendly, yesterday's experience when the basement parking was busy, we ended up parking outside and suddenly it started raining, luckily there was a car to pick us up and take us to the hotel reception, thank you to the kind staff.

Checked in on December 26th and I booked a regular deluxe room and the receptionist said it was upgraded to a premier room, wow, I was happy because it had a bathtub, but it turned out the room was at the bottom of the back corner, the view was really bad and the walk was really far. I was uncomfortable, was it because I'm a regular person so I should just change it???
