The hotel is very comfortable, with various room types available. The environment is clean, with complete facilities such as a gym, sauna, spa, children's playground, and adult and children's pools with cold and warm water. This hotel is recommended in Batu because it is close to tourist attractions and not far from the city center. So far, I'm satisfied and will return again 🥰. There are also two restaurants for dinner options at Skydome (Chinese food) and Infinite 8 (Western food). Both have excellent service and delicious food.

It was maybe my third or fourth time stayed there. Great experience as always. They also renovated the playground area, which is superb and makes it very kid-friendly.

The hotel staff was friendly, and the pool staff were also very friendly. The breakfast was delicious, but it was really busy during a gathering, so the place was packed, so we ended up getting a seat far from the buffet.

When we arrived at 3:00 PM, we wanted to rest straight away, but the room wasn't ready yet, so we had to wait an hour. The kids were already cranky from the trip and wanted to rest straight away. It was my first staycation here and I had such an experience. Luckily, we were compensated for the late checkout, which was originally 12:00 PM, but it was 12:30 PM. The hotel was also very busy, so it wasn't very enjoyable. 😢

Best best best hotel in Batu for our family — except for the breakfast tho. Semua menu dari ujung sampe ujung was a bit B aja, tho the choices are vary but rasanya B aja semua huhu was kinda hoping a true 5 star taste but overall was a good stay especially for our kids!
