hot water doesn't work, no place to store soap etc in the shower area, no sandals for the price I took

The staff were friendly and accommodating, the location was superb, the room was spacious and clean, neater than I expected for this level of hotel, overall a nice place to stay in Penang!

The hotel lobby has vending machines or self-laundry machines with a fee (20 ringgit for a washing machine and dryer, including auto detergent in the washing machine). There are also old-school toy machines (kids will love them). Refill drinking water is available next to the elevator. Access to Macalister culinary is within walking distance.

There is a coin laundry which is very helpful. Check in time is too rigid, it has to be at 3. Request for early check in at 12 is not possible.
