Traveloka lists it as a 4-star hotel, but overall it doesn't seem like it. The room is old, the bed is hard, at night you have to wear earplugs because the air conditioner is loud, the bathroom doesn't separate the dry and wet zones, the corridors smell of cigarette smoke, there are too many Chinese tourists, they talk loudly.

The sound of the wind blowing and like the glass of the window on the balcony seemed to come out loud, as if someone walked by to look and knew it was the sound of glass, secretly haunting.

The hotel doesn't have poor service quality and is dirty.
