actually the location is very strategic because it is close to tourist attractions & supermarkets (walking distance). only the lodging is not well maintained. once inside, it feels stuffy, dusty, the floor may have been mopped but it is sticky & no cloths, brooms are provided. the sheets also look dirty, dull. there are 2 sinks but all are clogged, the toilet flush can't be used, the tap water is cloudy, the TV can't turn on, the sofa smells musty & damp the stair access to the 2nd floor is very inadequate, it looks fragile so I'm afraid to go up & the room has no ventilation & fan so it looks stuffy, the mattress & sheets are not clean fortunately yesterday before arriving I had time to read the review so I brought some cooking utensils, sheets & a small mattress myself

Every time I go to the beach, I always stay at Renhart, up to 4 times. But unfortunately, the equipment has not been upgraded, for example, the stove is no longer suitable, only 1 burner is used, and the TV is still an old model, and another fan needs to be added to the upper room, but there is a plus, the villa guard is a nice person, his name is Mr. Roqib, he even helped us buy beach tickets so we could go in and out without paying again and the ticket price is cheaper. A message for the owner, please upgrade it again to make it more comfortable. For Mr. Roqib, stay healthy, see you again at the 5th meeting😁

Tempatnya cukup nyaman, walaupun tidak ada AC, hanya kipas angin. Letak cukup strategis, pas di pinggir jalan dan dekat dengan Pantai Carita. Area sekitar penginapan ada musala warga, warung kelontong, dan minimarket. Fasilitas lengkap, ada TV, dapur, kulkas, magic com, dispenser. Recommended. Thanks

The location is right next to the beach entrance, the homestay is quite comfortable for many people (10 people) close to Alfamart too. Clean enough and relatively safe.

Dapat villa yang paling ujung jadi enak bisa parkir mobil depan kamar, 2 malam menginap di sana sama keluarga cukup menyenangkan. fasilitas yang didapat:perlengkapan dapur cukup komplit,bisa masak-masak, lantai bawah 1 tempat tidur king size,2 extra bed busa tipis lumayan nyaman, lantai atas sempit tapi cukup untuk 2 atau 3 orang 2 extra bed busa tipis,ada balkon agak tertutup,bisa liat pantai dari jendelanya. sayang tangganya spiral jadi untuk orang tua sama yang badannya gemuk susah naiknya kamar mandi 1 ngantri kalau mau pake kamar mandi penjaganya pak enung sama pak rokip baik banget overall puas menginap Renhart terimakasih. Note: kalau mau ke pantai kita bayar tapi cukup murah cuma 10k per orang di bantu pak rokip jadi cukup sekali bayar kita bisa bolak balik masuk pantai.
