The bathroom floor feels sticky. The smell of feces is quite strong in the bathroom (when we just checked in). The floor in the shower is not very clean either.. should have used a brush to scrub. The food is just average. In the picture on the menu it says chicken porridge but when you get it, plain porridge (not even with salt). The smell of the hotel is very disappointing. The smell of steam…… the air passage in the swimming pool is also not good, making the smell of steam. The swimming pool water is a little green. All in all, not gonna repeat again.

Very strategic location close to all areas in the lower town of Melaka, the hotel staff is very friendly and the hotel is very comfortable and very clean.. no complain and will repeat stay here if I go travel to Melaka for the next time

the hotel is comfortable, the interior is neat, clean and organized. The room is spacious, the arrangement is attractive and the staff are friendly and easy to talk to, from the front counter of the cafe to the superiors, as a second home for us.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room itself was good. However, I found the lighting in the bathroom to be too dim, and there was no fridge in the room. All in all, it was still a great place to stay, with the hotel being within walking distance to Jonker Street and a nearby mall.

Room rates are less competitive, everything else is okay.
