Me and Hannah want to thank joker for helping us during our stay! He went above and beyond for us, we fell very ill on arrival in Phuket and he let us extend day by day until we got better and gave me medicine. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The only negative I have is bathroom plumbing wasn't great, shower flooded and toilet wouldn't flush properly the beds could have been a bit softer but other than that was a good stay.
