Dark lobby area, hotel for young people for a short time, not recommended for resting.

It has been paid as soon as check in at 15:00 the room is still full. Have to wait at 19:00. Crazy.

The room did not match what was ordered.

Good experience. Friendly staff, big room, cold air conditioner, everything was good. Public area in front of our room little bit dirty and messy. Otherwise all good, thanks.

Big hotel but not well maintained. Smelly towels. Dirty corridors & lots of trash. Looks like the hotel is too free. Many women look unclear. And many young couples. If it is not immediately addressed, then this hotel is just waiting for its destruction. In fact, if handled properly, this is a magnificent hotel.

The hotel is quite comfortable, the air conditioner and water heater work well. Room is spacious and clean enough but corridor floor and stairs are dirty, no elevator.

Asked to add money to the original price, if you don't want to, it will be canceled and wait 1 week for the money to return to Ovo because it doesn't accept guests from the Traveloka Site.

Clean room, affordable price, wide room ... but no remote for AC temperature control. And the LED TV is too small.

The hotel has hallways so you have to remember the way to the room, so you don't enter the wrong way. The room booked was not available so moved to a better room. the room is spacious, but a bit stuffy. there is a bathtub in the bathroom. Order food to a restaurant, ask for food that is not spicy and does not use chilies but what comes spicy so cannot be eaten. Yes, enough for a place to rest. Worth the price.

Not too far from the city, spacious rooms are cheap again.

It was okay. This was the cheapest hotel I could find in Tanjungbalai. The place was huge. I got a spacey room with a private bathroom. However, it could really use a much better cleaning service. The staff though, was very friendly and accommodating. I arrived several hours earlier but as soon as there was an available room they let me check in without any extra charges.

Pas to recommend to families.
