Clean room, delicious breakfast, I've stayed here many times every time I've been to Semarang. It's centrally located, above a mall, and has quite complete facilities. However, this time, the room was noisy, like a car engine humming morning, noon, and night. Since it was only a short stay, I didn't complain and just turned on the TV to mask the hum. When checking out, I forgot to mention the room's condition.

Close to shopping centers and the city center. Comfortable for hanging out.

close to lawang sewu and if you want to cheat just sleep. the distance between the bed and the wall in front is so narrow that people can't pass, you have to climb over the bed if you want to go to the window. there are no room slippers. the door lock doesn't use a card but uses an application that must be installed on the cellphone first, this is quite complicated for those who are not used to it😒

The room was poorly lit and dim. It was cramped. There were no toiletries. The towels were dirty.

The room was comfortable, but it's a shame there weren't any amenities, even coffee or tea, which were a small price. And last Sunday's breakfast was mostly very salty.

A four-star hotel with the best breakfast ever 🤤. The only downside is that the room doesn't have a refrigerator, considering Semarang is one of the hottest cities in Indonesia, so we can't go without a cold drink 🥹

The ambiance and comfort of the room were sufficient for a good rest, and fortunately, the air conditioning was fine. The cleanliness and tidiness of the room were also excellent.

Overall, the hotel is comfortable and the facilities are good. However, we would like to re-educate the staff to be more friendly to everyone, including Gojek driver partners. We're all struggling to make a living, so it's unfortunate that there's disparity in treatment. Hospitality should apply to everyone, regardless of profession.

Strategic location within a mall complex. Prices are a bit pricey, but the food is delicious. This is the first time I've found a hotel with an app for room keys, a unique experience 😁

Overall, it's comfortable, but when I try to access Netflix on my TV, it won't connect. That's the only inconvenience.

Highly recommended, comfortable, safe, and the security guards and staff were very helpful. My suitcase wouldn't open, and the staff were happy to help fix it. Close to the event venue and shopping areas. Overall, it was a great stay. I'll be back again. Thank you.
