Overall is good compared with the affordable price.

The view at this hotel is nice Venia is actually very nice. From our room we can see a view of the vast garden. So it is pleasing to the eye. But, for the others it is not okay. The blanket in the room has stains, the bathroom has no heater, the AC in other rooms sounds very loud from the room. Hopefully the management can be more attentive to this. Thank you for the friendliness of the hotel staff.

Not recommend, yesterday came there was no window. Please be careful choosing a room here, it should be explained for the facilities and photos of the room. But because it was lacking, we finally gave up and it turned out that there was no window. The space is very narrow, even walking is difficult. Coupled with a leaking air conditioner, a tv that doesn't work and the room smells of cigarettes even though it's non smoking there. The light is pretty dim too

Hotel Venia cukup bersih dan pelayanan cukup baik tapi kamarnya cukup kecil dan dinding catnya kusam.

Customer nya pelit banget, harus jam 2 pas baru bisa masuk. Sementara waktunya sudah hampir jam 2 juga pas check in nya. Ga mau rugi waktu. Cukup sekali aja sudah di sini

The bathroom was really dirty and smelly (standard and superior rooms), there was a problem with the room card pass (couldn't be locked and other guests came in) my room luckily my door was locked from the inside and at that time I was in the room, imagine when i go out again how about my stuff stay in the room!
