Hotel is great, only location is bad.

The hotel staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the food was delicious. The only downside is that the neighborhood is quiet.

The location is in Sanur, close to the mall and the beach, within walking distance. The staff is friendly, the front desk is very welcoming, family-friendly, and informative. Housekeeping is prompt and responsible. Breakfast is varied and delicious, especially the rawon (rice cake). Desserts are still standard. A suggestion is to renew the room towels.

we already put a note to get a king or queen bed. but, it turns out that they merge two single beds, and it becomes very uncomfortable. the plug is in the middle of the bed

Overall the hotel is good, only the size of the room and bed are not proportional..so it feels like the room is too big and feels empty, maybe if you bring small children it is suitable..the TV cannot connect to Netflix or other broadcasts, which is indeed an advantage because it is on the main road

Overall, this hotel is okay, because it's located on the roadside and has easy access. It's just that the car park isn't very spacious.

The room was clean and spacious; there was a balcony in the standard room. The curtains were intact (a good point). It was tidy, with minimal clutter on the table, and all the minibar items were in the cabinet, including the kettle. A plus was the Razer in the bathroom. A downside was the clogged sink. Overall, good!
