I booked a family room with a spacious master bedroom and a second bedroom with a comfortable double bed. I really like the minimalist interior design and the large granite slab flooring makes me comfortable.

Nice place, it's very worth it for the price. Foods are good, taste is nice to eat only.

The room is very clean and the location is very good. The price is according to the quality. Will continue to stay here when I go to Sanur. 😊👍

Room is very spacious and clean. Some electric sockets in the room aren't functioning. Food selection is a little substandard for a 4-star hotel. Location: just across Naughty Nuri's Sanur. Not so much options around the hotel. Note: the option says "pool view" but indeed you can't really see the pool from the room.

The room is spacious, close to places to eat, I've stayed here twice.

The hotel upgraded the room from Grand deluxe to Junior suite. It turned out the room was very noisy. I got pranked.

Stayed here because I participated in the Maybank Marathon Bali 2024, the bathroom and bed were clean, the atmosphere was comfortable.

Disappointed: I couldn't leave Luggage. My check out process was delayed, because they didn't find the small accessory pillow. I asked them to check my luggage in the lobby, it was very uncomfortable.

Super happy. The room was upgraded to a pool view. Children are happy. Every day when I arrive at the hotel I immediately swim. I already subscribe to this hotel. Every time I go to Bali, I always use the Grand Palace. The food is delicious and the rooms are large. The distance to Sanur port is close, so getting to Nusa Penida is easier. The distance to the airport is also close.

very clean, I really like it, only I took a room with access to the pool so the room is very big. but there is only one chair. there is no bench, so it feels empty, strategic location in front of the road, but there is not too much parking, the security guard is not prompt to help with parking

For room 321, when heading to the room, it feels like a boarding house, cubicles, because it passes through the edge so if it rains the wind will definitely blow, while the road is quite far. But when you enter the room, well. It's still a hotel room.

Everything is good. This is good if you looking for city hotel in denpasar.
