Perfect, okay overall.. 😍 I'll stay here again next time I go to Jogja.. There was just a slight miscommunication. When my family and I were going to have breakfast at the restaurant, one of the hotel staff said our room was already occupied for breakfast, even though we had just gone down to the restaurant. We tried to say something nice four times, but one of the staff members was a bit insistent and put on a bad face. Either someone else in the hotel mistakenly called our room, or one of the staff members didn't hear us clearly.

When you arrive, you will be greeted warmly by security. The hotel atmosphere is comfortable and clean, and the rooms are clean.

We arrived and were greeted by a friendly and helpful security guard who directed us and accompanied us through the check-in process quickly and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

Staying here was cozy and enjoyable, with delicious, authentic Yogyakarta breakfast. I'll definitely be back if I go back to Yogyakarta.

The staff was friendly, parking was decent, as it wasn't too crowded on a weekday. There was a pool and fitness center. The room was clean, but there was an empty plastic bag of acne patches under the bed. Maybe you could check the box after checking out.

This is the 41st different hotel in Yogyakarta that I've tried. Overall, it's okay, recommended, but the towels are due for replacement.

The hotel is close to the center of the city. Our suggestion is that even after checking out, a guide should have helped you get out of the car, as you can park outside. But everything else is fine. Thank you.
