The room is quite comfortable, we ordered twin beds & the bed is quite spacious, hot water runs smoothly, breakfast is quite good, suggestions to add more variety.

Have no many complimentary for customer, already come at 2.30 pm but not ready for 1 room whereas i ordered for 3 rooms, bad on customer service staff friendliness, bad wifi, have broke pipe in the 1 bathroom, also broke at the cupboard door

It's very comfortable when you enter the room with its aromatherapy, and everything is neat and clean.

The hotel is close to everywhere, my husband and I just happened to have a culinary trip in the city center... and also only 1 night... the hotel is comfortable, we slept soundly... the only drawback is that the parking access is a bit far... but luckily we always ask for parking for our car to be provided in front of the hotel entrance and it happened to be possible because if it was behind or in the front yard of the hotel it would be quite far. Solusi valley is also possible.

All is good, only there is no spacey room for disability. For disability room, the size is the same as other room. While when you bring luggage and wheelchair, the space is too small that I had to ask the hotel to take out the chair, so I can mobilise my wheelchair. So please have a more spacey room for disability. The rest is good!

Everything is great, especially if the TV is a smart TV, it would be even better. Overall, I was very satisfied staying at the Grand Keisha.

I just felt uncomfortable in the room. I got a room that was not comfortable, not in the class of a 4-star hotel. The sheets were outdated, the power plugs were broken. The wallpaper on the walls was leaking. The toilet kept running, maybe it needs to be repaired. But regarding the hotel staff, they were all friendly. The food was delicious.
