The place is comfortable, quite clean too, for cooking utensils are quite complete, because there is only 1 AC, so when sleeping the room door must be opened so that the AC feels like it reaches the room. The owner is friendly and kind. Hopefully in the future it can be better. Thank you.

The owner is friendly and kind; The room is clean, comfortable, and well-lit; The bathroom is clean, quite spacious and has a water heater; Complete kitchen equipment, even gallon drinking water is provided so if you want to cook, you can, there is also a rice cooker; The facilities in each bedroom are complete, blankets, pillows, mirrors and large wardrobes so it's good for storing things, it's also good for looking in the mirror hehehe, prayer equipment and clothes hangers are also provided. Sorry, there are no photos of the room because I forgot to take photos hehehe. Overall very satisfying, great ⭐.

Di akhir tahun cuma dapet 1 malam yang rencana mau 3 malam. Walau akhirnya kita pindah ke daerah Cihampelas yang lebih mahal tapi gak banget kondisinya 😫 dan di sini aku ada perbandingan ternyata apart ini jauh lebih bersih kamar lega bisa berlima seperti berada di rumah sendiri, ada bantal extra bersih selimut kamar mandi juga bersih dan lampunya terang (aku gak suka remang-remang karena terkesan horor hee). Rekomend banget deh di sini 😍. Maaf gak sempat foto.

The electricity for a two bedroom apartment and everything in it was far too small. Example, if we wanted to use the fridge, the AC must be turned off. If we wanted to turn on the water heater, the fridge must be turned off. It goes the same way with turning on TV, water dispenser, hair iron, rice cooker, etc. We went overboard the moment we got there by turning on three things at the same time and the electricity turned off. We need to wait for more that four hours until it was turned back on. I personally called agent's customer service and it's even worse. I was only asking if I could cancel the booking or not because my family and I are not comfortable and wanted to move out. Waiting for that single question to be answered took me about six or seven hours. I called several times and the answer is the same, to wait more. I pissed of because the first time I called, she told me to wait max 45 minutes. So does the second and third call. So yes I was not a pleasant experience. The owner of the apartment room was nice though.
