I took a Superior room with breakfast for around 300 rupiah. Upon arrival, the receptionist informed me that I could be upgraded to an Executive room on the 9th floor, No. 901. Upon entering, I was quite surprised: the room was large, had a double-sided window view, and a bathtub. A few things I noticed: - Overall, the room was okay for the 300 rupiah price. - I encountered a small cockroach on the door. - The bathtub's water seal wasn't working properly, so it drained quickly. - Water pooled near the toilet. - The restaurant chairs were a bit dirty (I arrived at 7:30 am). - The breakfast menu only had 1-2 options, but that's fine. Hopefully, there will be improvements to make it even better. The hotel's location is already great. I might try staying here again next time.

Plus points: cold AC. Minuses: the hotel seems neglected, a bit shabby, the sheets are dirty (as per the photo), dull, and smells damp and musty. The mattress was a bit damp, the pillows were a bit damp, and when the blanket was lifted, oh my God, the smell reached all the way to the corners (luckily, it was just before checkout). There are also many empty rooms on one floor, like a warehouse, which made me a bit scared at first. The floor I stayed on only had 3 rooms.

The shower couldn't be used for a while, but the staff were quick to respond to the problem, and the receptionist was friendly.

The staff are all friendly and helpful. The location is strategic and the prices are affordable.

The location is very strategic, right across from Ciwalk. The room was comfortable, the toilet was clean, the exhaust was strong, and the hot water was available and flowing. Unfortunately, the AC wasn't cooling, so I sweated all night. I've followed up by phone, but no one answered.

A decent hotel. Centrally located in Bandung. Atmosphere/Facilities: Good facilities, generally standard. Food: Well, the breakfast is delicious, even though it's under 600 for a group of four. Staff Assistance: Very helpful. Highlights: The location is very strategic. Anyone visiting Bandung should definitely visit this place. Right in front, right next to Ciwalk, and right next to food and souvenir shops. Price: Super cheap. Four people under 600,000 Rupiah. Location: In front of Ciwalk Mall.

The hotel is quite comfortable, but the torn blanket should not be put back on.

A reliable hotel when all the other hotels in Bandung are unreasonably priced. The hotel's strategic location, plenty of street food and delicious restaurants, and if you get bored, just head to Ciwalk.

Staying here for the first time is still the same, clean and comfortable. There was only a little AC trouble but it was immediately fixed, the staff is friendly and responsive. Recommended hotel.

hi green batara. affordable hotel close to access everywhere.. cleanliness and comfort in the hotel are also okay. yesterday got a price of 570 thousand (3D2N) plus bFast. friendly staff. cleanliness of the hotel and room is okay. hot water, air conditioning and electric kettle work well. get 2 bottles of mineral water / day. windows can be opened, for air circulation. room on the 7th floor, it's natural if there are many vehicles, it's also a roadside. but it doesn't disturb the guest's rest. the restaurant is on the 2nd floor semi-outdoor. varied menu, rice, fried noodles, vegetables + side dishes, bread + jam, cereal + milk, coffee / tea. breakfast while looking at the street, feeling the breeze and cold air of the city of Bandung. not bad for breakfast, filling the stomach before walking to explore the terrace of Cihampelas and Ciwalk. recommended for those who want to stay with a low budget. next time maybe I can come here again, if vacation et bandoeng city. thank you

Hopefully the toilet facilities will be improved. There is no cup for rinsing. Otherwise it is quite good. Glad to be able to stay here.

Services overall was good but the room hallway was a bit smelly.

Advantages: Close to Ciwalk Mall, just cross the street. There is a water tap but it doesn't work. I've tried it but the water isn't full. Disadvantages: Regret choosing this hotel, lots of problems. The room is not soundproof, you can hear loud motorbikes. No one is on standby at the reception. The hotel is unprofessional. Check-in cannot be done earlier, it has to be at 14:00. I couldn't open the key to Room 801, I've tried many times. Still using a manual key. It's also hard to open the door to get out. Oh my gosh.... I called several times but no one answered. Finally I called the De Batara hotel. They didn't give me the wifi password. I just found out when I checked out that the wifi had to be scanned with a barcode. I found out too late. I'll never choose this hotel again. Lots of problems. The towels are dull. The breakfast taste is standard, just ordinary, nothing special. I saw that there was only 1 staff who took care of everything for breakfast. It's a pity to see it.
