The hotel staff is friendly, there is valet parking too, so even if it's busy you can definitely park your car.

I stayed at this hotel recently and was impressed by the room size. It was huge and very comfortable, complete with a king-size bed. However, the breakfast was quite underwhelming. It was too plain with limited variety, and honestly not very appealing. I even ended up ordering Gojek food that morning despite breakfast being included.

Overall it's ok. Just really disappointed with the breakfast. It was already gone at 8 o'clock, did they not count the guests? The breakfast room was also dusty. This is a 3 star. There were no spoons in the room, and the phone couldn't be used. The room was ok, it was clean and spacious. The TV broadcasts were also confusing as to what to watch, just to complement the room.

Access to the hotel is a bit difficult because the Cihampelas area is one-way, so you have to turn quite far. For the hotel, everything is good except for the breakfast, the menu did not change during my stay. And the taste is not very good.

the best view. . in room 121 suite type with balcony. got TV and AC 2. buffet food, delicious, not portioned (free to take). express check in / check out. . anyway it's great.
