We had a wonderful stay at Sthala. The hospitality, cleanliness, and overall service were absolutely top-notch. Everything about the property and the staff was excellent, making our trip highly enjoyable. The only downside was the Indian cuisine served at the restaurant. It tasted like pre-packaged or frozen food rather than being freshly prepared. Given the high standards of the rest of the hotel, we expected better quality from the kitchen. If they can improve this and serve fresh Indian meals, the entire experience would be absolutely perfect. Highly recommended otherwise!

Nice hotel, clean and comfortable, room are so big, great location, friendly staff at restaurant. Having excallent breakfast buffet too! We enjoy it so much with our family..

Communication breakdown, car facilities to central Ubud are unclear and make it uncomfortable again, can't sleep because the mattress makes my body itch, that's all, I'm really disappointed with the stars ✋🏻

Saya tiba di saat sedang sering hujan. Pekarangan hotel tidak luas, dan hotel posisinya di tebing sungai, sehingga tidak banyak aktivitas yang dapat dilakukan pada outdoor hotel. Bangun pagi saya biasanya jogging keliling hotel, namun agak sulit dilakukan di sini. Untuk sekelas hotel bintang 5, menu pilihan sarapan kurang variatif menurut saya.

Yang suka ketenangan hotel ini recommended banget, mulai dari kita dateng sampai kita check out, pelayanannya the best 👍. Staf yang sangat ramah. Semua fasilitas lengkap. Next pasti kembali lagi stay di sini.

The place is clean, quiet, the service is friendly, there are activities for guests, the only problem is that the food lacks variety.

Seluruh stafnya sangat ramah, lingkungan tinggal sangat memyenangkan, dimana kita bisa menikmati suara burung dan suara air sungai terpadu dengan alaminya suasana hutan kecil. Sangat cocok untuk anda yang suka yoga dan ketenangan, untuk makanan lumayan oke.

Wonderful view, clean room, friendly and attentive staff. However, it would be even better if there is more variety of food provided for breakfast.

The service is very nice, the room is big and clean. But I think the lady at the reception a bit confused me. At the time I checked in she asked my cc to put deposit 3 million IDR for 2 night stay. But when I had my dinner at the bar they said I had never put deposit and asked the receipt 😁.

Fasilitas hotel sangat baik di lokasi yang sangat tenang. Kamar bersih. Exhaust fan kamar mandi tidak berfungsi tapi segera diganti yang baru saat kami sampaikan hal ini ke receptionist. Di menu sarapan disajikan menu khas Bali, Western, India, dan lain-lain. Pilihannya banyak sekali.

Staying at Sthala Ubud Bali will not regret that there is even wanting to stay there (feel at home). Hospitality is a champion. All crew smile on voice and serve with heart. Next time I will go to Sthala again and will stay there longer🤩. Thank you Stala.
