The service is quite good. And the cleanliness is also good. And the restaurant in the hotel is good.

the hotel has an extraordinary service. when I arrived, I got a free room upgrade. got a free Banyuwangi Park ticket. the design and comfort of the room are very good. the staff served all of them well. maybe the taste of the food at breakfast is lacking. and maybe there needs to be more variety of food. oh yeah, the speed of cleaning the room when checking in needs to be accelerated.

I've stayed at El Royale Hotel Banyuwangi twice. The first time was with my family during a road trip to Bali, and the second was for a business trip in Banyuwangi. The hotel is strategically located, while there aren't many tourist attractions within walking distance, there are several restaurants and souvenir shops just across the street. The facilities are excellent. The swimming pool is quite spacious, and the lobby offers a warm welcome with its wide, comfortable design that gives off a resort feel. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable, with balconies that add to the spacious impression and cater well to smokers. The rates are also competitive. Great breakfast menu options. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend El Royale Hotel, whether for business or family travel.

It's a shame that during my last stay (April 30) I got a room facing the parking lot of the tourist attraction next to the hotel... in the morning it was already crowded with buses and even worse, the buses honked their telolet lolet horns several times... which made the morning noisy... even though I had asked for a room facing a nice view, not the bus parking lot...) it slightly disturbed the comfort of resting at the El Banyuwangi Hotel

I was happy because I was given a room (they said it was upgraded) that faced the swimming pool.

It's very comfortable here, quiet and not noisy...

This time the hotel was busy and the cleaning staff were quite noisy, so the rubbing of chairs, balcony doors, mattresses being moved, sweeping, etc. could all be heard from my room.. Finally, I was reprimanded by the CS and it got better, it just seems like the room is not as soundproof as before even though it's not the first time I've stayed at El Hotel.. Hopefully it can be better in the future.

A very comfortable hotel, but less suitable as a transit hotel for crossings because the location is quite far from Ketapang.

really like staying here. especially my child because there is a mini playground and pool that makes it very interesting. the food is delicious and complete. the staff from the front to the inside are very friendly. the bad thing is there is a guest in the room above me who can't keep still. the room is also nice. the bed is king size. clean and the condiments are complete. next time I have more luck, I want to bring my extended family here. must try this hotel.
