The hotel staff is not friendly, the service seems slow.

The hotel staff starting from the receptionist were unfriendly, no smiles, lots of playing with their phones. The room I booked was a non-smoking room, but when I entered the room I was given a room with a very strong cigarette smell. It was disappointing.

The staff is friendly, but when we first arrived the room light above the bed was dead, so we were advised to move rooms, eh in the new room the shower door couldn't be closed, the hot water shower was also broken, the hotel didn't fix it even though they saw it when cleaning the room, it opened automatically. The cleanliness of the room was also very lacking, maybe because no one had stayed in the room for a long time. The hotel area was also not very clean. Even though if the cleanliness was taken care of, there would be many guests who would stay, because the location is strategic

Very strategic location. Near shopping centers, supermarkets, abundant restaurants and hospitals. Prices are cheap for facilities like this. Wifi is only available in the Lobby. Maybe in the future it can also be provided in each room. The service is quite good, but the friendliness needs to be improved. The room is good for this price. The AC is good, hot water is available, there are tissues, towels, the room is clean and 2 bottles of mineral water are also provided.

The room temperature is hot and the AC is not cold.

The place is comfortable but unfortunately the wifi doesn't reach the top floor where I stay.

The sink didn't work, moved rooms, the AC wasn't cold.

The elevator was broken on the 4th floor on foot. Strange.
