This apartment is really cool, family friendly and very impressive and this is my second staycation here.

It's fine for a short stay. Everything is nice and clean. Unfortunately, the shower door in the master bathroom doesn't have a rubber seal, so water splashes out and mud leaks out.

We stayed at this service apartment with our family and had a wonderful experience. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, which made our stay very enjoyable. Its location is close to the city centre with easy accessibility to various places. The staff were helpful throughout our stay. We also loved the pool and the gym, which were both great to use. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this place to others.

Great experience, however there is one small thing that could be improved, I hope the next time i stay here the TV or atleast one of the tv could be smart tv that includes applications such as youtube and Netflix. But overall it was such a great time having to spend in this hotel!

positive: check in/out is quite fast, clean area, adequate parking area, cooking/kitchen utensils are quite complete, negative: I arrived almost midnight with my wife and 2 children, there were only 2 sandals in the room, so you have to ask the receptionist for the rest, the 1 million rupiah deposit is returned in 14 working days? the towels are a bit shabby, the pool service is not good, there are no towels on site because there are no special officers there, you have to ask the receptionist 3 times by phone and come more than 30 minutes later. when I finished swimming I had to ask my child to take the towel in the room because I had been waiting for a long time. there is no soap/shampoo in the rinse room, you have to bring it back from the room.. the hotel staff should have provided information about this..

Sudah menjadi pelanggan Oakwood Barito semenjak 2017. Tetapi sekarang kebersihan/cleanliness kurang diperhatikan seperti dulu, setiap check in di hotel ini lantai seperti tidak di pel dan kaki agak hitam berdebu. Ada beberapa binatang kecil-kecil juga ditemukan di lantai seperti kutu dan ada juga bayi kecoa di temukan. Bagian WC luar dekat bedroom 2&3 bau dan kitchen bagian mesin cuci juga kotor, lalu kulkas juga banyak yang lengket bekas penghuni sebelumnya. Sofa dan karpet juga sepertinya butuh di deep clean. Di hari weekend unit di atas saya party dan berisik dari jam 1 pagi hingga 5 pagi mengganggu saya yang punya anak kecil. Mungkin juga harus lebih ketat untuk house rules party nya. Dan suami saya kehilangan headphone samsung seharga 15 juta di tanggal 23 april ketika kamar siang dibersihkan, ketika di track lokasi nya sudah di rusun daerah Bekasi lalu pindah ke Jawa Barat, dan tidak ada follow up sampai sekarang mengenai housekeeping yang bertanggung jawab di tanggal tersebut. Semoga Oakwood bisa kembali ke kualitas seperti awal-awal buka dahulu.

Rooms are very spacious, comfy, super clean, and have a beautiful city view. Also, the receptionist and service team are very friendly and attentive. Very recommended!

Good hotel good location. Cleanliness was OK but not the best compared to other oakwood. Room was OK, no carpet. Parking is OK. The downside is they have quota max 2 for extra bath room amenities which is unacceptable for 4 * hotels.

Minimalist breakfast, it's better to have your own restaurant.

every Eid we are always looking for the best apartment...but this time we won't be looking anywhere else...everything is okay here...next year we want to be here again...

The room, facilities and services are top notch. Maybe the only drawback is that the weather isn't allowing us to fully experience the facilities.
