Gress Villa is a cheap accommodation but the facilities are very good. The place is very clean even though there is no AC/Fan but the air is quite cool. There is a shared kitchen and it is clean, there are also toiletries for sale at the reception. They also provide delivery (menu in the room) but from outside eateries. My suggestion: the food is cheap but the quality is like canteen food. If you stay here, it is recommended to bring snacks or food from outside.

There is a shared kitchen on the 2nd floor so you can make hot tea and there is a stove for those who want to cook instant noodles and others, the receptionist is also friendly, the parking lot is spacious, close to tourist attractions in Batu.
