The hotel staff is not satisfactory,

Hot water is functioning very well.

friendly staff.. everything is ok but the stairs up to the room are very steep.. hope you can do something..

overall ok, only the stairs are very steep and we got 2 floors, sorry for the elderly to go up..

Rent 2 days no cleaning after the first day, hot water comes out slowly.

Bedsheets and floors are not that clean, old style. But location is good, nearby supermarket and restaurants.

Comfortable room, recommended!

The hot baths do not work in the morning.

The hotel is located in brincang town, easy to go anywhere.

Room so smelly and dusty, old furniture, old bed sheet, dirty towel and blanket, bathroom floor quite dirty also the receptionist not friendly (day shift).

Enjoyable stay with big room. Problem night Market shifted near golf course very quiet in Bringchang area during night time. TV no program due to Astro technical problems. Cleanliness very good 5-star surrounding.

The receptionist was not helpful. Doesn't did his job good. the service is overall bad
