The hotel staff is friendly and courteous. The rooms are clean, as are the bathrooms. The restaurant food is delicious. The breakfast menu is also delicious. This is a hotel with a concept that truly values its guests, making them feel welcomed.
Overall, Best City Hotel is highly recommended.
And... hello Best City management, please don't reply to comments like templates. It's okay to be different once in a while.

I think the soundproofing is lacking. But everything is comfortable. The bathroom is clean, the windows can be opened, there is drinking water, free Wi-Fi, the mattress smells good, and WeTV/YouTube/Disney facilities and others are available.

The air conditioner in the room is noisy, like a cricket, the sound is very loud, it turns on for a short while and the sound comes out, making it impossible to sleep at all.

The food is quite delicious, the location is not too far, not too close to Malio. Note: Don't go there, it's better to rent a vehicle if you want to go to Malio. The staff are friendly.

For the staff, they are good, friendly and smiling..
Just a suggestion, in the room, please provide a mat, when you get out of the shower the whole floor is wet because there is no mat..
and the bathroom smells of cigarettes..
should be given a sign on the wall, No smoking..
The room is also not soundproof, with the next room talking a little bit, it can be heard..

Checked in late night after got some issues due to the ice rain in YK, requested for late check out but they can only provide until 12:30, well it was ok. Food is ok, not the best but ok, the breakfast was sent to room as it’s Ramadhan month. Some facilities inside the room need to be repaired, the desk under the tv need to be fixed, need more bedside electrical plugs, as it’s only on one side of the bed. There are few things need to be concerned related to the bathroom cleanliness. Overall, the service was pretty fine.
