The room smells bad, the acess is not cold, the bathroom smells really little water there is no hot water, I swear to regret staying here. Rooms don't match advertisements, hokey ads.

We stayed for treatment at RS Soetomo, the location is very strategic, many places to eat too. But for cleanliness is still lacking where the stay is most likely a rsud patient due to its close location, but the sheets are not replaced right after guests change, please pay more attention, to minimize the spread of disease.
