The staff is cool, friendly, and never wait long. The most disappointing thing is the room is dirty, lots of dust, the mattress is full of sand, like it hasn't been cleaned before. As for the restaurant, the place is very comfortable, everything is available. But for the food, some are not fresh and smelly. For example, the steamer is already sticky and the food part of the fried rice and chicken smells, like hot food is covered. I don't know what the name of the chicken was, but it was sour when I tried it. Apart from that, there are no problems, that's all. Hopefully it will be improved in the future. Thank you.

Overall, the room and breakfast were good. I was particularly impressed when I was asked if I had any suggestions upon check-out, and I immediately suggested that guests be disciplined when smoking by the pool, as it's a public facility and there are many children there. A quick tip: don't forget to ask the front desk for free parking, as the parking is quite expensive.

A very family-friendly hotel with super friendly staff. It's located in the same area as BSB, making it easy for guests to shop. However, it can be quite difficult to find a seat during breakfast time. Furthermore, on our last day, some of the side dishes hadn't been refilled during breakfast, so we missed out. 🙂

I've been staying here for a while because of its strategic location. If you want to shop, you can just walk to the mall, and there's plenty to eat. If you want to relax, you can also go to the beach. Plus, the rooms are spacious enough for a good night's rest. You also get a free water park. It's super complete.

I don't know why so much has changed. Last year, I was with my family, and it was enjoyable and comfortable. This year, I'm back at Astara, but it's not as comfortable as before. I used a smoking room yesterday so my husband wouldn't have to go far if he wanted to smoke, just on the balcony. However, when I first entered the room, the smell of the previous occupant's cigarette smoke was very strong. I suggest at least spraying some air freshener before the new occupant enters.

The room size is too cute, the position of the lobby with entrance access is a bit complicated.

The gym is cool, spacious, and cool.

For nearly a million, I expected a room with at least a carpeted floor. I ended up with a room that wasn't soundproof, so I could hear noise from the next room. Yesterday, my family and I ran out of breakfast food. Management should have anticipated the surge in guests on the weekends so they wouldn't run out of food when they arrived for breakfast.
