That day when we’ve arrive around 11 pm the door to get through was closed. We’ve try to press the bell button but seemed nobody notice. I tried to called office phone but still no answer at all. We’ve been waiting and trying around 20 minutes, and last someone from the room came down to have supper opened the door. I will not recommend this place to others.

Best budget hotel location right accross starbucks.

Just like guest house. small space not really suitable for family. maybe for backpackers only to stay here. toilet not very well.

I paid dearly for a family suite room but when I got to the hotel the hotel said the room was full then we were given a replacement room which was very far from the room that I paid. When I checked the price was very different far nearly 300rb. I deliberately paid a fortune for the room I ordered because I brought my parents to seek treatment at the Malacca Crown where the condition of my parents was hard to walk. However the hotel provides a replacement room on the 3rd floor where the hotel's condition has no lift. When I've repeatedly complain but the hotel is very bad in English. I take pake Indonesian / melayi also very disconnected.
