I like this hotel in the center of Sumedang. Joined with the best mall in Sumedang. The service is very good and friendly. From security, check-in staff, breakfast staff and also cleaning service. And from the parking side, because it joins the best mall in Sumedang, there should be a dedicated parking lot for customers who stay overnight. The place is nice and strategic inside the hotel, but it's hard to find on the 1st floor and if you bring a lot of stuff you have to go inside first through the mall tenants 😅 not directly connected to the car. Literally inside the mall. Go inside first about 100m, call the bell boy then they will carry you if you can't get a trolley. Again, a hotel that is quite expensive & good in SMDG, TOWELS? uhhh so yellow, the doormat and towels are the same dull color. Pliss. I even bought new towels at the supermarket downstairs. Including mattresses, pillows, etc. to buying cloths to cover the dirt. 1 more thing that was disappointing, during breakfast, the rice was cold 😭😭😭😭 only the side dishes were warm. It would be better if the rice was hot, the side dishes were cold, it's okay
