cheap and not bad place. easy to find and got breakfasf even thought not included in booking.

The hotel location is only 300 meters from Sunway Hotel, under the hotel there is a 24-hour Nasi Kandar Pelita restaurant which is delicious.

A unique hotel, at first it made us disgusted because the hotel door was mini 😂. However, this budget hotel is the champion in its class... an extraordinary hotel... 👏👏

The place is okay, the room design is okay. Very good, close to sunway medical.

Worst hotel I ever booked from Traveloka. Give Torn Blanket, Mouldy Room Ceiling, Cracked Ceiling at Bathroom & Lift Area, Dirty Wall, Smelly Corridor because no AC, Common Area also so smelly, Messy stuffs under the stairs after Entrance. Late Check In around 18.30 and decide can't stay longer because unhealthy Hotel condition. Booked for 6 nights, just stay 1 night, but the Hotel still want all payment (non negotiable). Just want to rip off your money. Don't ever trust High Point Reviews

The hotel is cute and clean. They provided basic need for a budget-short-stay. I like the simplicity and efficient placement of everything. The iron at the hallway is thoughtful. The internet are fast. The front desk ladies are helpful and communicative. On the downstairs you would find a restaurant that is open 24 hours, affordable and delicious. There is also. Laundromat next door.

I am a very dissapointed and disatisfied guest by staying in this hotel. I have had the worst experience that I will never forget! I stayed in this hotel as I have an appointment for medical check up at Sunway. I was resting and was shocked as my door was knocked really hard and loud. When I open the door, there were 2 person man and woman stood at my door asking for my passport without introducing themself and really rude! They even know my name before they saw my passport! Really, I feel like the hotel share their guest information without permission! When I asked for clarification from the hotel, they said it was just a random check. This hotel has shared their guest information without consent! Guest information and privacy should be their main service. I would not recommend any guest to stay here, and this hotel is the worst!

Lokasi strategis. Jalan masuk hotel kecil, lobby tidak di lantai dasar, kamar lumayan sempit dan lampu kurang terang untuk yang mau bekerja di kamar. Perlu deposit 50 rm dan pajak 10 rm per malam/per kamar.

Enjoy to stay at eco artisan hotel. Very comfortable, The receptionist (Aziq) very helpful. And we get the bonus when check out. 😄

Clean; Front counter ' s staff are friendly & good location.

Stafnya sangat ramah … kamar hotel juga sangat bersih, kamar mandi bersih, air lancar, water heater berfungsi dengan baik. Hanya minus tidak ad kulkas saja dan suara mesin ac yang d luar dekat jndela itu terdengar. Tapi so far bagus hotelnya 👍.

Pintu masuknya agak tersembunyi tapi kamarnya luas sekali. Kamar mandi juga luas bersih. Cari makan mudah. Line BRT dekat. Mall besar mudah mantap.

Next bakal nginap sini lagi. Bersih nyaman. Resepsionis ramah.

Room clean & nice Customer service.

Room was clean and comfy, hotel was located in strategic area. 6 minutes walking distance away from Sunway medical center, and really close to sunway lagoon and pyramid.

The service is very good, the room is clean, I chose superior twin room no. 313, there is 1 mattress that is not good enough, sideways. In each hallway there is a clothes dispenser and ironing board.

Clean room, good facility, nice staff.
