Relaxing stay in nicely decorated hotel

This hotel is very good! the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are super friendly. The location is excellent: there are many restaurants, bakeries, and bars around, plus it’s close to the train station. For breakfast, there’s an authentic local restaurant about 2 km away, easily reached by songtaew or Grab. Shopping is convenient too: Save One Market, the biggest night market, is only 5 km away, while Terminal 21 is so close you can walk. The mall is also nearby, making this hotel a perfect choice for both food and shopping. Tooth paste and tooth brush just buy in the receptionist :) deposit 100baht but they will give back once you check out

The reception staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious.

Stayed on November 15, 2025, for a running event in Korat. We stayed for 1 night in 1 room. We booked through the app and got a reasonable price. It was a standard room. I've stayed here twice, including the one I stayed for last year's race, but I got a different room type. This year, I got a room on the 3rd floor, right next to the stairs. I should mention that the hotel doesn't have an elevator, but it has 5 floors. The room was nice and comfortable, but it was worth the price. The room might not be soundproof. This year, I got a room right next to the stairs, and I can tell you, it was almost impossible to sleep. People walking up and down the stairs were really loud, and there was a room upstairs too. The footsteps were really loud. However, the surrounding area is very nice. There are many restaurants, a grocery store, and a 7-11 is nearby. It's easy to find and there's parking available. The owners are lovely. If I have the chance to go to another running event next year, I might stay here again, unless it's full. Overall, I like it 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 Highly recommended.

Great spot, close to bus and train station and all kind of food. There is also a small gym.

Not very soundproof, people walking by can hear opening and closing the door very clearly. But the environment and cleanliness are considered good. Convenient to travel. The staffs provide very good service.

Overall, the price is cheap and very convenient. There is a fenced parking lot, safe, the room is clean and tidy. The facilities are complete at an affordable price. Overall, the 3-night stay is considered OK.

The balcony door is difficult to lock. Thank you for letting the housekeeper come and fix it, but I would like you to improve it for the convenience of the guests.

The staffs are very good, friendly and very welcoming to customers.

Very good value. Only bad thing is people moving all night their iron chair (wood chairs would be much better for everybody)... They just don't care if it's annoying for people sleeping under their room.

Quiet, good bedding, clean. I enjoyed downstairs, with many places to sit and a small restaurant. Great place to take a rest in Asia.

The staff are friendly and helpful. All the communal areas were spotlessly clean with an interesting array of artifacts and photos. My room was comfy, very clean, and light. I like the white cotton bed linen. I had a small balcony. The shower was good and hot, again with towels. There is a cafe at the back, also a fitness room and car park. I will use this hotel again when in Khorat. There are plenty of restaurants and food stalls, cafe, and convenience stores close by. The guesthouse is centrally situated. It's an easy 5-minute walk from bus terminal 1. From there, you can get a songtaew to Terminal 2. Yellow songtaew 1 goes to and from the train station.

In this price range you cannot find a better hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, and all around places to eat.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, wenn auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Matratze war nicht zu hart, sondern gemütlich. Nachts waren keine Straßengeräusche zu hören. Der Duschraum mit Toilette war etwas klein, aber durchaus funktionell und sauber. Im kleinen hoteleigenen Restaurant gibt es für kleines Geld Frühstück und auch andere Speisen. Das Hotel verfügt über einen Fitnessraum mit neuwertigen modernen Fitnessgeräten und einen eigenen Parkplatz zur kostenlosen Benutzung. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend.
