i booked the room with city view R201 but when i checked in, they give me another room that quite different i booked and the attitude of a staff is too impolite and not friendly when i called her to solve my complaints, she cut off my call when i was talking. that's too rude.

This room is clean and full, there is nothing to discuss. But what I don't like is that the management here is very unprofessional, just because the system has a problem that does not receive my booking, but the manager threatened to chase guests out of the middle of the night. This is my first time handling such bad things. Looking forward to remedy next time
