increase hotel staff salaries, pwol houses and visitors

When I checked in, I was a bit shocked to find the hotel lobby outside the building, just like a ticket counter.... even more shocked (I thought a 4-star hotel would be good) I was given a room at the end of the building area, like an unfinished building like a school room. There was no resemblance whatsoever to the advertised hotel exterior photos.... Luckily, the room itself was quite large and quite clean, but unfortunately the divan bed made a creaking sound when I slept on my right/left side. The KM shower was clogged when I used it for a while, the drain couldn't flow quickly. The KM lights could be made brighter because it was very dark.

everything is good, just the taste of the food at breakfast is lacking

The room is quite big, the service is a bit lacking because when I requested an additional toothbrush it was not delivered.

On January 1, 2026, I stayed in rooms 228 and 230. The sink and bathroom drains were not working properly. The breakfast menu was lacking in both taste and variety. Please improve. Thanks.

For a clean room, it's a shame that the tent type doesn't have a TV. And it's hot in the afternoon because of the sun's rays.

The walls and ceilings are peeling, the floors are dirty, and maintenance is lacking.

The air is cool, perfect for a vacation, but for business, it's not recommended here because it's far from the city. The breakfast menu is simple and not very tasty. The view is still less than aesthetically pleasing; the gardens, flowers, and trees are less than beautiful. The advantage of bringing a driver is that there's a sleeping area and free breakfast for the driver.

Comfortable, cool, lots of playgrounds and swimming pools, kids can run around freely because the area is spacious, clean rooms and delicious breakfast

Recomended for couple and family, we had an problem with ac and litle disturb during midday. Very quick responses. All perfect and staff are very helpful, surrouding was perfect nature and swimming pool! Suggestion please do repair ceiling in the balcony: needs repair and paint removed down to the floor.

It was a great stay here, kids friendly, spacious area, cool, lots of toys for kids and there are some pets too.
