The hotel is lovely and pet-friendly. There's no unpleasant smell on the premises, and they have a dedicated play area for dogs and cats. I personally thought the breakfast selection could be a bit limited, but overall everything was great. The hotel is located in a side street, but you can walk to the beach. There's a Top supermarket in the side street, and a short walk further will find lots of shops.

There is nothing to complain about because everything is very good, the room is super spacious and clean, the staff is very enthusiastic.

The bathroom is not clean at all. There are stains on the walls where soap, shampoo, and towels are placed. There are also chili peppers stuck to them. The use of the lights in the room is complicated. They do not separate the lights. There are many lights but you cannot turn them on one by one. There is a fake switch that nothing works. The breakfast is not very varied, very little for a hotel that costs 4000+ per night (we stayed during the fireworks festival). The taste is just so-so.

The hotel is decorated in a minimalist style that is very easy on the eyes. There is a pool area that is quite private for guests because there is a layered wall that prevents people outside from seeing when doing activities. As for breakfast, I think there is not much variety of Thai food and rice. The bakery area is located in a hidden corner, so it is not visible.

The staff is lovely and the room is very nice. There are many places to take pictures.

ห้องดี, สะอาดดี, ทำเลดี, สระว่ายน้ำสวย, ลานจอดน้อย และติดถนนสัญจรเกินไป ขอเสนอแนะเรื่องการระบายน้ำภายในห้องอาบน้ำ เพราะเวลาอาบน้ำ น้ำที่พักทั้ง 2 ห้องไม่สามารถระบายได้ในขณะอาบ จนทำให้น้ำล้นเอ่อ ถ้าแก้ไขตรงนี้ได้ทุกอย่างดีมาก

Hotel Room and environment was amazing! However I need to highlight some hotel staff at reservation desk not friendly enough they are not smiling while I request to clean my room and I quite disappointed for this because they show they doesn't like my request hopefully you can briefing your staff and not occur in the future. Breakfast not tasty and just a few choices perhaps you can make more choices in the future. For the Room I found out seems like they don't change to the new glass after previous guest check out or maybe they don't clean glass enough as inside glass still have some coffee powder or even in the floor. I really like Terra Nara Hotel but still a lot of things need to be improve.

The room was large and the projector was great. There could be a bit more storage space. Also, a shower curtain was not nice, I would have liked glass better. Otherwise, everything was nice and clean. There was also free water 4 times a day.
