The staff were not friendly and did not smile, I booked 2 rooms and in my child's room there was still a toothbrush from the previous guest that had not been cleaned, the bed sheets were also full of stains ranging from blood stains and ink. The next day my child's room was not given a towel, the water taps were also dirty and not shiny like a hotel in general... My suggestion is that maybe the SOP regarding room cleanliness should be improved again... I only stayed 2 nights and immediately moved to another hotel even though I was supposed to stay 15 days with my family...

The breakfast was delicious, and the location is quite far from the airport, but there's a shuttle. It's quite inconvenient if you're downtown and don't have a private vehicle. The rooms and pool are just so-so, not bad, but not good either. It's just not up to standard.
