The rooms are not maintained, the sheets are dirty, the hot water is dead, the tv channels are dead, please if you want a serious business, if you can't take care of it, just close it.

The location is very strategic with a lakeside view. Only the guards are not friendly and the water heater is broken. So take a shower with cold water.

View okay. But the room really doesn't match the description. Tv was removed, pillowcase was dirty, arrived at 16.30 the room was not ready, the floor was still dirty, lots of ants around the wall from the door to the toilet. The family room turned out to be 1 kingsize & 2 extra sponge beds. Can't get water. You only get 1 towel, no toiletries, no cafe/bar. There is no room key, he said he was brought by a previous guest & there is no spare key. So at night I had to lock the door with suitcases. The plus is that the view is very good & you can play water sports directly up from the front of the hotel. Very safe, the location and view are very good but the facilities and service are bad.

Wifi and TV don't work, water heater doesn't work either, toiletries are not provided, even towels aren't there. I've complained about asking for towels from 20.30-23.00 still not there, they said it was being dried because it was raining but until tomorrow morning there weren't any. The reception desk was empty from 20.00 at night, until tomorrow morning I wanted to check out it was still empty, there was no contact number that I could be contacted with, so I couldn't help but put the key on the table. Luckily I was only there 1 night, I can't imagine if it was more than that. It should be for lodging at that price, the facilities and services could be better, especially in collaboration with OYO. This inn is only suitable for people who want to see a nice view of Lake Toba, if you want to get good facilities and service, it's not recommended.

The view from the room is very good, straight to the lake

The hotel guard is not always there, the tv doesn't work, there is no wifi, the sheets smell like cigarettes. Plus there is only hot water.

The rooms are not clean, the lights are dim, the water flow on the faucet is very small so it is difficult to take a shower. Soap, shampoo and towels are not available. There is no maintenance on the building so the rooms are creepy.

He said he just checked in 24 hours but it's a lie.

the view is amazing out of the room door immediately treated to a view of Lake Toba. staff also friendly and very helpful. for those who are on budget but want to get a good view, you must come here
