The hotel staff is friendly, the place is okay... but unfortunately the hot water doesn't work.

The apartment is great, right on the main road. It has complete amenities, is affordable, and the staff is friendly. The only downside is the room's cleanliness, which isn't too significant. Overall, it's very good. Keep it up. There's also a fully equipped Superindo supermarket just downstairs.

The staff was friendly, but the towels were a bit late arriving from the laundry. The room was clean, and the bathroom was clean.

This hotel is not working at all, many are empty, the escalator to the lobby is not working, the swimming pool is quite good..

The room was nice, but the door lock was problematic. It didn't work with a card, just a regular key. Otherwise, it was fine.

The service was good, but the room smelled really bad of cigarette smoke and the curtains were really dirty. The best part is the pool is really clean, making it a great place for a family vacation with small children.

Sorry, the room is really damp, it smells terrible, I swear. I tried asking for a hanging air freshener, but I was given a dried one. The sofa cushions are moldy. The sheets have stains, I don't know if they've been changed or not. The building is empty, a bit creepy.

I've been staying for 2 days but when I want to check out I'm still not registered... Maybe it's because I added x days so I have to upgrade again.

Towels are not provided, you have to ask first, but that's okay.
