Friendly and enthusiastic staff

My two sisters went for an interview so I chose to stay at this hotel, near the interview area, reasonable price, the room was a bit small but clean, will come back next time. My two sisters are very satisfied.

Friendly staff, when I come to Saigon this is my preferred hotel.

I booked 2 nights here, but because Vietjet delayed too long, it made me late for work, so I had to cancel my flight and asked the hotel to help me cancel 1 day. Thank you very much to the hotel and traveloka for your support. Next time I will choose this hotel again when I come to SG.

very satisfied from the beginning of arrival, the staff has helped and greeted the receptionist in a friendly manner, the process is very fast and immediately taken to the room on the 4th floor. the room is not too spacious but it is enough for the two of us, and the facilities are very complete at an affordable price. hopefully the next vacation can stay here again

Who i asume is the owner is super friendly, and the other staff are great. Security guy is a legend helped with bags and stuff, and a funny guy to chat with. Have stayed here multiple times and would come back again thanks guys !

The clean room layout looks mysterious, the air conditioner is leaking, I have reported it to the staff. The enthusiastic staff is a big plus. In short, it is still ok with the price of 400k in a convenient location like this!

Booked the room and when it was time to check in, they said it was rented to someone else. They told the guest to go to the hotel next door and they would help book another room, then they left me alone. This way of doing business is extremely rude and irresponsible.

From the staff, hotel location, room amenities, price, everything made me very satisfied. I will definitely stay here again if I have the chance to come to Saigon!

Enthusiastic friendly staff.

Friendly staff, very enthusiastic, location near the center, amenities. The only downside is that the sheets and blankets are discolored and have a bad smell in the room. The towel smells bad so you should change it to the scent of lemongrass laundry detergent. The remaining room price is very reasonable👍

Khách sạn sạch sẽ, nhân viên thân thiện, giá rẻ , gần trung tâm dễ đi lại

Mình đặt phòng và thanh toán trước cả rồi nhưng đến nơi thì bảo hết phòng, do phòng bị hư gì đó cả ngày chưa sửa được. Mà nói như vậy mn có tin được không 1 khách sạn kinh doanh mà để cả ngày không sửa được trong khi khách sạn vẫn có xe lưu trú tức đang hđ bth nhưng do lỡ bán cả phòng minh luôn. khách sạn có book cho mình chỗ khách sạn đối diện "bảo là chị đặt phòng bên em không có cửa sổ e đặt lại cho chị phòng bên kia có cửa sổ luôn bự hơn bên em" nghe rất mát tay nhưng qua đến nơi thì phòng cũ chả có cửa sổ gì, có cảm giác không an toàn gì cả. Haizzz 1 khách sạn như này mà làm ăn vầy thì chịu. Cảm giác mình đã đặt phòng như ảnh r ai cũng cần 1 chỗ ở đàng quàng nhìn qua hình thấy ưng chỗ này nên đặt đến nơi thì mới tới lễ tân thôi thì đưa qua khách sạn khác thiệt hụt hẫn. Quá tệ

Tôi chọn phòng nhỏ nhất để tiết kiệm vì chỉ nghỉ đến 6h sáng đã rời đi. Đồ dùng trong wc đủ dùng và gọn gàng sạch sẽ. Phòng rất là nhỏ. Nhân viên ok. Nếu nghỉ ở Q1 mà giá như thế nào là rất ok ạ. Nhưng nếu nghỉ 2 người thì vẫn nên chọn phòng cao cấp hơn để có thêm không gian và dễ ngủ hơn.

Lokasi bagus, mau kemana mana lukayan deket, kamar juga bersih, hotel lama, tapi kamar lumayan bersih.

thật tuyệt, khách sạn tự nâng cấp lên phòng level cao hơn cho tôi, một căn phòng rất to, tiện nghi và có cả bồn tắm, dù không mới nhưng mọi thứ rất sạch và tiện nghi, chắc chắn sẽ quay lại.

Nhân viên rất tốt, nhiệt tình, thân thiện! Phòng hơi tối, có 4 đèn thì mất 3, chỉ còn 1 đèn sáng, và phòng có muỗi
