The process was fast and friendly. The cleanliness of the new building is quite good. If possible, replace the mattresses if they're old. The villa's price is quite high, so more attention should be paid to the facilities. The location is very strategic, great.

friendly staff, can ask to move rooms, clean environment, unfortunately it rained yesterday from check in until dawn 😂, it was really cold.. the view is nice, the cafe in the villa is cheap and the taste is really good.

friendly hotel staff, from the beginning of our arrival until we checked out,, well served, coincidentally we chose a family 3 bedroom type room,, for the room is quite spacious and relatively clean even though for this type, the building is an old model,, for the kitchen the equipment is quite complete, stove, gas, cooking utensils, cutlery, so we only need to bring food ingredients if we want to cook,, the only drawback is that for the kitchen there is no sink for washing vegetables/washing hands/washing dishes, so it's a bit of a hassle to have to go back and forth to the bathroom, for the atmosphere it's quite cool, there is a private hot tub, there is also a public warm water swimming pool outside

What needs to be improved is the comfort of the bathroom. I stayed in the jasmine type, there is no privacy because the bathroom has no door and is steep, not child and elderly friendly, then there are small animals that need to be watched out for coming out of the room's wood, other things are okay, strategic, not scary, the swimming pool has a lot of ceramic tiles that are loose, worried about hurting children who swim, other things are okay, hopefully it can be fixed again

there is no hot water in the bathroom

The room is ordinary, even tending to be old-fashioned, but the bathroom with its hot tub is addictive.

Got a really corner room, it was really scary, the corner room which was like a mini kitchen didn't have any lights, it was like someone was looking at me all the time, I couldn't sleep, the mattress wasn't comfortable and it felt really springy, there were a lot of rat noises in the mattress, It's really a shame even though the concept of the villa is good.

Staying on D-1 of Eid, the price is still 600 thousand, after D+ of Eid it becomes 1.7 million, in terms of the increase, it is too expensive with the facilities provided. Cold water is often off. The hot water has many leaves carried into the pipe and many of the walls are rotten.

Kamar mandi ada di basement, tangga nya licin dan curam cuii. Toilet nya jongkok pula. Bagi lansia atau yang punya anak kecil ga recommend de. Effort banget kalo mau ke toilet or mau cuci tangan aja harus turun tangga. Tangga menuju kolam renang nya juga licin, tangga menuju penginapan juga licin. Harus hati-hati jika bawa lansia dan balita. Untuk air belerang nya tidak panas, cenderung hangat ke dingin ya. Baik di kolam renang maupun di kamar, air rendam yang ada di kamar. Seprei dan sarung bantal nya Mayan buat pusing wanginya. (+) Untuk kolamnya enaknya ada air pancur bisa untuk pijat-pijat.(+) Ada fasilitas dispenser, Aqua, air normal dan panas.

Ruangannya kotor, sprei dan selimut kotor, air bersih macet. Duuhh liburan jadi ga enjoy. Sepertinya pemeliharaan dan kebersihan tidak diperhatikan. Terima kasih.

Staf nya ramah. Fasilitas kurang karena meja dan kursi nya udah PD jelek. Kebersihan kurang dan kondisi villa nya harus diperbaiki ada atap yang bolong mungkin kalo hujan bocor itu. Serem juga sih karena di bawah villa nya PD kosong. Next diperbaiki lagi kondisi villa nya. Biar customer nya nyaman.
