The building is old-style, including the furniture, it is not up-to-date, it has not been upgraded to a newer one, as soon as you check in, you are immediately swarmed by mosquitoes, but access to Indomaret and other places is very close, considering its location in the center of Waingapu city, my suggestion is that it is better to replace all the room furniture with newer and more up-to-date ones, including the TV.

Hot water for bathing does not work

TV has no broadcast. Reason under repair.

The AC remote was problematic from the start but the hotel employees made no attempt to change the battery, the shower was red & blue but all cold water, no towels even though the room price was above 400.

Due to exceptionnal circomstances (Ferry didn't leave at the right time ) I could not check-in. I asked a refund or a credit, but they refused because of the non-refundable policy. I, sometimes, had exceptionnal events happening, and all hotels before accepted to exceptionnally refund me or change the date when it happened. I just recommend you to avoid this hotel, where the customer satisfaction is not their priority.

Facilities such as towels, soap, toothpaste, TV, no. WiFi can't go to the room, the price is too expensive for a room. The description in the description is not detailed for each room package.
