I went on a business trip with 2 girls, furniture was not good, but there was no staff to carry things up, the customers had to carry their suitcases and bags. Room with 3 beds, old bed, dusty. I called up the person to change the bed, but he said that if he could do it alone, he could not change the bed sheet, asked if I could go to another room, then went down to the reception to get the key. I changed to the next room, a little more dust. But the phone in the room could not be used, the kettle was too hot to use, if I wanted to contact the receptionist, I had to take the elevator down to ask. Old, dry towels. There was a fridge in the room but there was no drink in it, nor did there leave free bottles of mineral water in the room. Before going to check-in, the receptionist announced that he would like to drink water, then take the spring water in the refrigerator next to the reception (for a fee). The only plus is the spacious room.
