Friendly service, clean hotel, rooms are good too. There is free hot tea and sports facilities. Unfortunately there is no toothbrush and toothpaste.

The hotel staff are very friendly, the service is good, but hotel room facilities such as air conditioning in the hotel room is leaking, toiletries are only provided with soap, the television is good but it has a sneeze. the rest is very good. I am a family vacation with my child, usually if there is an additional charge at the info at the beginning of check in, this is after the second night new info on the additional hit, 100rb per night, I still have to pay 2 nights extra charge, while I only can facilitate 1malam extra bed. breakfast was not nice, room was not engineered when i exited the room with the key excuse not on the key (no double key) bottled drinking water had to be picked up at the reception on the second day, an unpleasant experience for me at the end of 2017. if its name is hotel family if a family stay why should there be an additional charge, may need to change the name not hotel family.

The staff is friendly the rooms are spacious the hot water smoothly the breakfast is pretty good affordable access to where I go there is the fridge also. minusnya many mosquito shower its not functioning.

I booked 1 room for 4 people, the room is spacious, very clean, comfortable, the service is friendly, there is a fridge (gifts that I bought so safe under control of stale), the WiFi signal is good, there is air conditioning, television, all the facilities I got were satisfactory. Highly recommended
