I stayed for two nights. During the morning cleaning, I went to the pool. When I returned to the room, the towels hadn't been changed, the doormat was left wet, and the sheets had only been cleaned without being changed. Then, in the afternoon, when I was about to leave, I asked reception to have everything changed for the duration of my stay. However, when I returned to the hotel at 6, everything still hadn't been changed. The bathroom was still muddy, the towels were wet, and the sheets hadn't been changed.
And one more thing, the pool didn't provide special towels; you had to bring them from your room. So you had to go back to get them. The towels were soaking wet, and I asked for a replacement because they couldn't be used anymore.
Shouldn't paying for two nights mean you get two of the amenities?
Since the same guest is staying, don't you think the towels and sheets need to be replaced?
If they don't need to be replaced, at least provide a free pool towel.
