The boarding house caretaker is very friendly and familiar.

Her mother was very kind. She didn't even have time to ask for a packed breakfast, and she brought it straight away. Thank you, ma'am.

The hotel's surroundings are quite comfortable, but access is quite narrow, only accommodating one car. The advantage is that it's relatively close to Malioboro and the surrounding area. The hotel room is spacious, the bed is soft and provides a good night's sleep. Most importantly, it smells great and is very clean. The only downside is that the bathroom is a bit cramped, but that's okay, the water is clean and refreshing. There's a place to hang out on the terrace, and the parking lot can fit two cars. The hotel grounds are also clean and well-maintained. They also provide complimentary food every morning, which is delicious and will keep you satisfied. Overall, the service and facilities are excellent, and the hotel staff are very friendly. It's a great place to stay if you're visiting Yogyakarta. 👍🏻

The atmosphere is calm, the staff is very friendly, kind, and helpful. There are Mrs. Surti, Mba Tari, Ko Paul, Ko Paul's wife, Mrs. Ros, they are all nice, when we meet, they smile and greet each other, so it makes us feel at home 🥰

The service is good and friendly.. the bed is comfortable and clean even though the bathroom is small but it's okay.. the breakfast is delicious and the atmosphere is very calm.. top notch lahh.. will come here again when on holiday to Jogja.

The price is cheap, includes breakfast and Wi-Fi. The location is in the city, access to Lempuyangan Station and Malioboro is close. Quiet and not noisy

Oh my gosh, I was so touched when the mother prepared breakfast at 4 am for us to take to catch the train at 6. She was so friendly. We felt like we were going back to grandma's house hehehe. The room was clean, tidy, and fragrant. Water and coffee were provided for free, and the place to relax was also spacious. This place is really cozy. The caretaker is the best. Recommended for those of you who are looking for comfortable accommodation at an affordable price.

good n friendly hotel service. got free breakfast, that's why it's delicious, the seasoning is just right. suitable for our family's tongue, the place is strategic if you want to take the Jogja bus or want to go out to find food. located in the city center. basically you are satisfied with the whole family.. thank you sleepingroom hopefully it will be even bigger

Satisfactory service, not disappointing and appropriate facilities.

The capsule dormitory mix room that I ordered turned out to be quite wide & comfortable and clean and tidy. The air conditioner is quite cold and there is wifi. The lockers for this type of room are rather narrow, so they are not suitable for backpackers who carry large bags, suitcases, or other important items. The bathroom is at the back of the hostel and is charged IDR 5000 for towels. Overall, I felt comfortable while staying here and it seems that I will book this hotel again if one day I go to Jogja again because the location is quite strategic.

The location is very strategic, close to UGM and easy to find. Very good service. The facilities are very worth it at an affordable price.
