I booked through the app for 2:00 PM check-in. But when I arrived, the receptionist said 3:00 PM and blamed the app :). The food wasn't good; the seafood buffet in the evening was terrible, and the food was stale and not fresh. The only positives were the clean room and friendly staff.

Breakfast is not delicious and not fresh, seems to be old food. Even though the bill has been paid in full, when checking in, you have to deposit an additional 1 million, so everyone should pay attention.

Villa is so beautiful, guess services is excellent. But, the location seems to be far from the center and other iconic place in Phu Quoc (4 most famous island, South of Phu Quoc). In general, I love Vinpearl Resort & golf.

The menu is 5 stars, but the quality and quantity of dishes is limited and not even delicious!

Nơi này ngoài độ hoành tráng bên ngoài thì phòng ốc không xứng đáng 5 sao, xuống cấp hoàn toàn Nhân viên thì có có nguoi vui vẻ có người ko, thiếu chuyên nghiệp trong cách check in check out cũng như những tinh huống phát sinh. Nói chung với mức giá này thì có rat nhieu sự lua chọn tốt hơn, sẽ không quay lại

I am quite satisfied with the quality of Vinpearl's service, but when I had to wait for check in for a long time, the receptionist kept the papers and said that the waiting chair to finish the room would call, but I waited for a long time and had to Asked again, the receptionist would arrange the room, then take out the luggage, there were 3 staff standing at the reception, but I had to call 3 times to have the staff confirm the luggage. And the pick-up at the airport to the hotel, the car parked quite far from the airport pick-up hall, although the lobby was not crowded at that time, I had a young child who had to carry her in the sun to walk to the car because the car was parked too far This I think needs fixing.

Fantastic stay in vinpearl hotel! We stayed 2 nights with kid and feel too short for us. Very clean, good food, warm and kids friendly hotel. We accidentally left our backpack in the hotel when check out and it is kind enough to arrange delivery to airport for us. Will definitely recommend to anyone who wish to visit Phu Quoc island 🌴

Nice, caring staff, clean and beautiful resort. Luxurious . Nice interior . However, the food is not good, but it is expensive. Vinpearl land and ticket safari are expensive
