The staff was very friendly, especially the manager. They told us about the hotel's history, which began as a match factory before it became a hotel. The rooms were comfortable, and the food was varied and delicious. Late check-out requests and restaurant reservations were accommodated. Good job 👍

The hotel's location is good, close to Kya Kembang Jepun and Kota Lama. The manager and staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food was quite varied and tasty. The swimming pool was also quite comfortable. Parking was ample, but it was almost full on weekends. The shower had a strong enough water flow, making it comfortable to shower. The only downside was the bathroom had an unpleasant odor, but it wasn't too bad. Overall, it was very good.

From the outside, it looked ordinary. But once inside, the hotel was fine. Everything was fine, except the soap dispenser was empty, which was my only complaint, and I forgot to mention it to the hotel. Thank you for your hospitality and service.

Looking for a comfortable hotel for families, this is the perfect choice. The staff is friendly, the food is varied, and delicious. It's a 3-star hotel with a swimming pool. The rooms are also comfortable. If there's one downside, it's the hotel's location in a warehouse area, so walking around the hotel for food isn't easy, especially at night, as it's very quiet. I might return here if I go to Surabaya again.

My second staycation here, 3 days and 2 nights. Last time I took the most economical room. It was very comfortable to sleep in. I felt very restful, especially since I needed a lot of rest. HK was also proactive in offering to clean the room. The only downside was the breakfast menu. It wasn't very varied. There was no soup. I was hoping for pasta since there were a lot of foreigners staying there, but it wasn't. It was available on the à la carte menu.
