everything is good only the distance to the swimming pool through the parking lot is quiet... took the elevator to the swimming pool at 4 o'clock the elevator goes down every floor 10 minutes.. from floor 21 to 20 there are 10 minutes from floor 20 to 19 it goes down 10 minutes etc etc... some young visitors finally decided to take the emergency stairs to the 6th floor.. I who had been waiting for the elevator for too long finally got tired decided to turn back but didn't win... the next morning I went swimming and then met the security guard who was guarding the elevator, the man was kind and friendly and helped me get up the elevator but overall my stay at Neo was pleasant

Yesterday, my friend left her earbuds behind, and she didn't inform me via WhatsApp. The receptionist said they would inform me via WhatsApp if anything was missing. It's pretty expensive on the weekend.

The room is dusty and itchy.
The AC is leaking.
The bathroom doesn't have a rubber partition, so no matter how gentle a shower is, it still floods.
The water in the bathtub is yellow.
