The AC is leaking, the trash isn't cleaned up, and you're accused of smoking in the room, even though there's still a lot of trash in the bathroom, so clean it tomorrow, okay?

This is my umpteenth stay here.. but this time it wasn't the right place because I got a room on the 2nd floor so the view wasn't that attractive.. the receptionist was nice but friendly..

I've stayed at Whiz Prime many times, but this time I was disappointed. From the moment I arrived, the room was not very clean.
The bed area was not clean enough.
The AC was not cold and made a lot of noise.
The breakfast was lacking.
Suggestions for the hotel to prioritize cleanliness and guest comfort are important.

Have often stayed here when going to Padang. Especially when the hotel was first new. The hotel staff are nice, friendly, and responsive. Always like the breakfast because it is on the rooftop, but the menu is not very varied. There is no milk & cereal, but the brownies are really delicious. Will still be an option to stay when going to Padang.
