Quite comfortable at an affordable price.

I ordered at 3 pm via the standard type application, in the application there were still 2 rooms ready, but it seems the hotel did not update the application, so when checking in at 4 pm the hotel said the standard type had run out, and was directed to upgrade to deluxe with the addition money, even though the fault is not from the customer, in my experience at other hotels we still upgrade without any additional

Actually the location of the hotel is quite quiet, perfect for resting after a day of activities in Surabaya. It's just that the service of this hotel is less than satisfactory. Among the drawbacks: 1. We booked 3 rooms with each containing 2 twin beds; In fact we were given 3 rooms containing 1 double bed. After we asked for a room according to order, then we were given 1 room of which contains 2 twin beds. 2. In one of the rooms we ordered, there was a problem with electricity. If you don't switch on-off many times, the electricity won't turn on. 3. In one of the rooms, the toilet cannot be flushed. Beuh! 4. There are no toiletries as promised. 5. Worse yet, the wifi signal does not reach the rooms. 6. Just before check-out, PLN electricity went out; It turned out that the hotel's gen-set also couldn't be turned on. The last hour before check-out we had to prepare to check out while sweating. Hopefully the future will be better.

Tidak di beri handuk dan air mineral, baru saya minta mereka kasihkan, seperti lupa. Kemudian ada yang telepon katanya saya pesan kopi padahal tidak sama sekali. Selanjutnya ada yang ketuk pintu beberapa kali banyaknya. Ketika saya buka ternyata orang jual roti dan sedikit memaksa untuk membeli, ketika saya sudah membeli. Dia juga mengharapkan infak dari saya. Saya berpikir ini stasiun atau hotel ya. Kemudian sekitar 1 jam saya putuskan out saja dari hotel tersebut fan cari hotel lainnya.

Sedikit tidak nyaman, karena sprei kasurnya ada noda. Dan seperti tidak layak dihuni, terdapat fasilitas yang rusak.
