Poor housekeeping. Only after repeated requests did they respond and did the housekeeping and that also quite late in the afternoon.

I paid for the hotel room in full before checking in, then when I checked in I was asked for a deposit of RM 150 / room with the reason that if you smoke, you will be fined. In my opinion, the deposit is too expensive, as far as I know, the most expensive is RM 50 / booking code, but this is in the name of a smoking fine, even though I am not a smoker, so I choose a no smoking room, so everything is mixed up. Once in a 5 star hotel, if we have paid for the rent for the room at the beginning, there is never a deposit asked for. This hotel is too commercial and money oriented. If the room doesn't have quality, the TV channel doesn't work even though he made a channel and all the guests say that too, so what's the point of him promoting something that can't be used and this is called duping.

The room is not satisfy and dirty. Theres a lot of dusk. They tell us we can't change the room because they didn't have any room as we booked. We insisted to change but then they charged us extra payment rm80 for 2 nights. Bad service! Never repeat in this hotel again.

In terms of cleanliness, it is very tiptop, very satisfied with the price of this budget hotel.

All is good except for the hot water. If not it would be perfect!
