Budget hotel available on Traveloka at a very cheap price for 3 days 2 nights. The room is very clean. The bathroom and toilet are also clean. Every day there is housekeeping to ensure the room is clean and towels are also changed every day. The bed is also comfortable and clean. Overall 9/10

I request for non smoking room, but get a room with strong smokes smell. Management should take action on this to provide smoking area at the hotel because the smell will stay in the room for 2-4 hours or days. Food is really nice. Staff helpful to change a new room. Recomendation: just the smoking area and penalty for those who smoke in the room (you may charge from deposit or credit card)

Nice location. Easy to call for Grab to airport. Walking distance to morning market, malls, and beach at Central Park.

The hotel was quite clean and impressive, where also minus for no additional compliment with only 1 bottle of water. The male receptionist was in bad mood since he had no smile for customer that arrive in the midnight. Not that very helpful to bring the luggage or at least open the door. Not showing the Malay cultures or Muslim cultures, at least. Apart from that, the hotel was in good condition, clean, and tidy. There was no marks or dirty spot in the bedroom. Quite impressive as in physical condition, but not for receptionist hospitality.

Spacious room is big and tidy. We love to stay here again.

Awesome location, parking space with CCTV surveillance, there's a lift. Best for a family to stay at especially with younger children. Hot and cold water is provided in water dispenser in the hallway. Just, if there is King size bed, it would be perfect. The only downside is the mattress to sleep in, but if this is not a problem for you, this is one of the best place to stay in the middle of the town, Miri!

It’s an okay hotel, very basic but quite complete for a basic needs. Recommended for the price, parkings are provided.

One staff (girl) wearing spectacles was very rude to the customer and no smile at all. During my registration at the counter, she showing rude act and sour faces all the time. When asked something, she replied very rudely. Not friendly at all. She's acting like the hotel is owned by her. Please advise this staff to change her bad attitude, because her action can bring disaster to the business of the hotel due to the dissatisfaction of the customer. The best solution is to get rid of or remove her from the reception area. Not suitable to be placed at the reception counter.
