The hotel is comfortable, there are many swimming pool options, the kids are happy.

Even though it's an old hotel, it's very comfortable and I've stayed here many times.

The hotel staff is very helpful, everything is the best, especially those who bring their children will definitely be very happy, they won't even want to go back.

Suitable for children, for adults there is a jogging track with a very good view.

Great place, enchanting natural surroundings, and highly recommended for families, especially those with children (because there are so many rides). And one more thing, yesterday at the hotel there was a competition to commemorate Independence Day. But my suggestion is for the playgroup rides that are no longer in use to be marked or closed (for safety). Thanks.

Second time staycation with family at Seruni which is always fun.

Cleanliness is a bit lacking because there are lots of ants on the floor.

Please pay more attention to hotel cleanliness, especially the bathroom area. Otherwise, the other facilities are fine.

Recommended especially if you bring children, there is a playground, complete facilities, and the view is also really good.

Deluxe Mountain doesn't have AC so it feels really hot, but apart from that, everything is nice and fun. The kids love the swimming pools.

Always satisfied staying here.. just to suggest that an elevator be provided for Pangrango Hotel because it is quite tiring for mothers who bring toddlers and elderly people to go to the rooms on the upper floors...over all okay...
