The room had no windows. I requested a non-smoking room, but was given a smoking one. There was no elevator, so I had to climb the stairs.

The best choice is to stay here when you are in Puncak.

Great hotel for holiday, but needs more cleaning in the bathroom.

My first time at Seruni, it was really nice. The rooms and surroundings were clean, and there were plenty of amenities. I'm planning another vacation to Seruni.

It was a really pleasant stay here, with a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The breakfast was also varied. Unfortunately, the TV didn't have Netflix.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, varied food, lots of swimming pools.

I really enjoyed staying at Seruni Gunung Pangrango, access to the swimming pool was very close.

There are many swimming pools and children's play areas, the children really enjoyed themselves and were happy.

The price of the food is not worth it for a small child, it is too expensive.

The place is spacious, there are lots of children's games, the view is extraordinarily beautiful.

The hotel is clean, has plenty of swimming pools, and there's a shuttle service. This is the best.

Pangrango's room is quite large, has a bathtub, and a pleasant atmosphere. However, the back door smells like a cow shed when opened. It's best to go through the front door. Breakfast is pretty standard.

A very happy family.. Apart from the spacious place, the rooms are clean and the staff.. The children can see the dance performances.

The hotel staff was very friendly and the check-in and check-out process was easy. Breakfast was great 👍
